During my trip to Colombia, I met beautiful people, generous, full of happiness who enjoy the present moment. Searching for this authenticity, I went to meet them. Here are their portraits.

I met Ernesto in Salento. He was speaking with a friend about the construction of a future house on this land. He questions himself about the evolution of his city with the growth of tourism.

I met Marie luz in Salento. She works as a maid in a hotel, Maria luz is 38 years old, she has two cute daughters, she would like to live in Cartagena to get closer to the sea.

I met Angélique on the mountains of the Salento city. She just came out of school, but she would have preferred to stay outside and play on that sunny day. I liked his delicate smile and peaceful energy.

I met Juan Antonio in the wonderful city of Salento. I immediately liked his marked face. Juan Antonio is a specialist in solid waste recycling. He goes several times a week to waste in search of objects and materials that he repairs and sells. He is 66 years old and lives alone, without children. He has never been married. Young he was in love but, she died, since "se acabo" (it's over as he says).

I met Angel el Guare in paradise on the island "Isla grande" in the archipelago of Rosario in Colombia. Angel has two passions the coconuts and the aguardiente. He spends much of his time in his hammock waiting for the arrival of the few tourists in the village. He cuts them a coconut with a machete and makes a chat with them.

During my trip to Colombia, I met José. He was born and lived all his life in Villa de Leyva. He never travels outside his region. José is 73 years old. He is retired from construction. He enjoys spending time with his daughter's children and teaching them life.

Mauricio is the best friend of Angel el Gara and he also lives in paradise on the island "Isla grande" in the archipelago of Rosario in Colombia. His aguardiente is never far away.

I met Michaela in San Gill. She was sitting in front of her house and watching people go by. She is a hairdresser in a small salon. She has three grown children and a husband. Which is too much work !!! Michaela tells me.

I met Alberto in paradise, on the archipelago of Rosario Islands. Alberto comes from Bogota even if he misses the city sometimes, he will not leave his paradise any time soon. It's home now here.

I met Jessica in the city of San gil in Colombia. She is 9 years old. She loves to dance, all music is provided with what dance!

I met Maria at San Gil. She was coming back from work, she is a baker. She loves her job but, not the hours. Marie was a little in a hurry, she was going on a motorcycle with her lover in the Colombian mountains. Tattoos are his second passion.

I met Mario in San Gil, at first he was a bit shy for a photograph and then '' Porque no ''. Her passion girls and the '' Tejo '' kind of petanque games in more explosive version.
