The series aims to bring the spectator into the preparation of a meeting between two characters. The story is displayed with anguish and in a kind of obvious simultaneity. You get invited into the intimacy of each character and get a taste of the sentimental complexity of our contemporary society. I worked on the sublimation of scenes of ordinary life in an enigmatic universe by taking up the North American aesthetic codes of the 60s.
Philadelphia, 1962. Friday evening, 18h. A woman is getting ready in her bathroom, she takes a last look at her reflection in the mirror. Her figure seems to satisfy her. At the same time a man adjusts his tie, turns the key in the lock, leaving home. The night is clear, the air is warm... perfect for a meeting.
